Delete your account

Deleting your account removes everything Hairset holds about you. It is immediate and cannot be undone.

In the app (fastest)

Open Hairset and go to the You tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and the app returns to the welcome screen.

By email

If you no longer have the app installed, email privacy@hairset.app from the address linked to your Sign in with Apple account, or include the device model you used, so we can locate the account. We complete deletion within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

Your selfie and any reference photos
All renders, saved looks and comparisons
Face shape, color season and texture analysis
Preferences and the account itself, including the Sign in with Apple link

We keep only what tax and accounting law requires about completed purchases (amount, date, product), which is not linked to your photos.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active Hairset+ subscription — Apple manages billing. Cancel first in Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Hairset, or you will keep being charged.

Just want the photo gone?

You do not need to delete your account. In the You tab, tap Delete now under your photo. Selfies are also removed automatically within 24 hours unless you saved a look from them. See the Privacy Policy.
